Delete your NanaTato account

Delete in the app

• Playland or Wordle: open the grown-ups area, choose Delete shared collection, and confirm. This removes your points, outfits, reward and purchase records, sign-in sessions and friend-code history from our servers.
• Bedtime Stories: in Parent settings, choose Sign out & delete registration. This removes the registration: your email address, Google account ID and app-open record. If you turned on a shared collection, delete it separately with Delete shared collection in the grown-ups closet.

If the device is offline, the deletion finishes the next time it connects.

Ask us to delete everything

Email hello@gopherlume.com with the subject Delete my NanaTato account, from the email address of the Google account you signed in with. We delete every NanaTato record for that account, across all three apps and the newsletter, within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you write from a different address, we will first ask you to confirm that the account is yours.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: email address, Google account ID, app registrations and app-open history, shared points and outfits, reward and purchase records, sign-in sessions, friend-code history and newsletter records.
• Kept: a one-way hash of the account identity, so the same account cannot claim friend rewards again. It cannot be turned back into your email address or account ID.
• Expires on its own: our API request log, which names no one, deletes each line after 90 days.
• Not ours to delete: Google Play keeps its own purchase records. Deleting your account does not refund purchases.

Game progress that stays on the device, such as Playland coins and stickers or Wordle guesses and statistics, never reaches us. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes it. Read the full privacy policy.
