Does NanaTato Bedtime Stories work offline?
Yes. Stories, sounds, lullabies and routines are stored on your device and work offline after the initial download and one-time grown-up Google sign-in. Shared collections, purchases, friend rewards and account changes need a connection. The daily app-open record waits for a connection if you are offline.
Who is NanaTato Bedtime Stories for?
It is for families winding down together at bedtime. A grown-up leads the stories and routines, with Calm Mode available for a simpler, lower-stimulation experience.
What do I need to use Bedtime Stories?
An Android phone or tablet and a grown-up's Google account for the one-time setup. Downloading the app and signing in require a connection. After setup, the story library, sounds and routines work offline.
What data does Bedtime Stories collect?
Registration stores the grown-up's verified Google email address and account ID, installation details, app version and consent dates. A registered install reports a daily app-open record. Optional shared collections store points, items, purchase and friend-reward records. No child profiles or story-by-story listening history are collected. Newsletter signup is separate. Registration deletion and shared collection deletion are separate actions; the privacy policy explains the data and request logs in full.

What is Calm Mode?
Calm Mode is NanaTato's parent-tunable, sensory-friendly, low-stimulation setting: reduced motion, dim screen during audio, a visual timer, a short routine, one-choice mode, larger controls, and hidden decorative animations.
How does the grown-up check work?
A short multiplication question guards the parent area, including settings, Calm Mode customization and optional purchases. A wrong answer presents a new question without a timer or lockout.
Is NanaTato Bedtime Stories a medical app?
No. NanaTato: Kids Bedtime Stories is a parent-led bedtime routine and calming story app. It is not a medical app and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
